A Welcome Packet is provided to all residents. The Welcome Packet will be emailed to residents upon receipt of the Resident Information form. If you have not received one or have questions, contact the Homeowner's Association at palladiumplaza@gmail.com.

Resident Information Form

All residents are required to complete and submit a Resident Information form for security and emergency purposes. The form may be submitted to the HOA mailbox located in the lobby, or it can be submitted by e-mail at palladiumplaza@gmail.com.

Entry Access Code Form

Keyless access to the building can be obtained by completing and submitting the Entry Access Code Information on the Resident Information Form.

Declaration of Covenants

The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions establishes the basic rights and responsibilities of each owner, resident, and guest. This document formally regulates all of the property within the community, and it provides the basis for all community rules.

Amended Bylaws

Amendments to Exhibit D of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Bylaws as approved by Unit Owners. The Rules and Regulations have been designed with the purpose of maintaining property values while promoting the security, safety, and comfort of all residents. Please review the Rules and Regulations to ensure a peaceful and natural domicile for everyone in the community.

Parking Guidelines

Palladium Plaza reserved parking areas on the ground floor, P2, and Elevated decks are adjacent to the City of Raleigh City Center deck and are accessible only through the City Center deck. If you have been assigned a parking space in these areas, please take a moment to review the guidelines concerning access to your space.
